Korean traditional Culture 'A sacrifice day'

In Korea, we have a very meaningful culture called ‘제사’. It means performing a religious service. What we're going to do is just preparing verity foods and bowing together in short words and it is only for ancestors. We are doing this in the exactly same date when the ancestor died every year. of course it is important how many foods we've prepared. But, more important thing is how cordial we are.

Do You know when we do that? We are SHOULD perform a religious service at 12 am. It makes me sleepy, however, after that I could try so many dishes. That is one of reason that I can be awake by that time.
